Forbes GM List. Part Trey

Alright, onto part 3, now many of you might wonder why i didnt make this into one list, well there is some college hoops league championship games on and i wasnt sure i would be able to finish more than 10 at a time. Either that or i like to make you scroll a lot. Next 10:

21. David Poile, Predators: At first i wasnt really surprised about their low ranking in the Payroll Containment ranking. I figured it might require alot of money to get a winning team to Nashville. Then i thought, Mullets & Dollywood...hmmm, i think you could have gotten some of these guys on the cheap. Should be down a few spots.

22. Randy Mueller, Dolphins: Lets see, it says he has been on the job for 9 years. That means he has no credit to be taken from Marino, Duper, Clayton, etc. So he gets this high ranking from Culpepper instead of Brees, Harrington instead of a football throwing rabbit, Ricky Williams instead of bongs for everyone, and Dave Wanstedt from shaving his porn stache.

23. Randy Pfund, Heat: Get credit for drafting Dwayne Wade, loses credit for letting Shaq eat the vowels in his last name.

24. Kevin Colbert, Steelers: Lets see, who gets the credit for the Steeler championship, Cowher or Colbert, i think it is time Colbert gets his due as the last time he was regcognized in public was his High School graduation.

25. Ernie Grunfeld, Wizards: Seriously, i just like the name Ernie. It makes me laugh. Anyways, i applaud his effort to get the team name changed from the Bullets to the Wizards. It can change his core audience from people who own guns and fire at beer cans in their backyard to little Goth girls who wear black and white frilly robes and dance in the woods. That is a demographic that the NBA has been trying to get for years.

26. Billy Beane, A's: Now originally i was confused as to if this was the guy on Game Show Network's I've Got A Secret or the guy who wrote Moneyball. I still dont know which is which. Either way, C'mon, how lazy is the team name of the A's, you couldnt stretch it to somewhere later in the alphabet like maybe the N's?

27. Bobby Clarke, Flyers: Now, somehow he gets one of the lowest rankings in the Payroll Containment department, yet is so high on the list. He has a high payroll, but his team sucks. He can't continue dolling out these $45 a game contracts in the NHL and still lose.

28. James Harris, Jaguars: I think after the Jaguars dealings over the past few years, there cant be a GM. Probably some intern who wants his fantasy team to be local. I am pretty sure this kid finished last every year. Really, if you were going to make up a name, wouldnt it be something like James Harris?

29. Omar Minaya, Mets: Hmmm, a high Payroll Containment Index, must be east coast bias, or at least thats what my Wyoming fans say...when i say fans, i might mean fan, or it may be a dream that i actually have readers in Wyoming.

30. Theo Epstein, Red Sox: Got a decent payroll rating, better than say, Grizzlies, Mavericks, Predators...really? I am pretty sure none of these teams paid $51 million to talk to a guy. Pretty sure Bill Simmons has something to do with this rating.

Ok, that is the next 10...the next list has a lot of fun guys, well not fun guys in terms that you would want to party with them, but fun guys to make fun of.
